1. Company Information
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Level 1K Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Service Description
Level 1K Ltd provides a managed game server hosting platform. Our services are delivered digitally and accessed via prepaid credits. We provide managed hosting specifically for game servers—we do not provide general-purpose cloud computing, virtual private servers, or unmanaged infrastructure.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, VAT/sales tax collection, and is the legal seller for all transactions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
4. Credits and Billing
Our services operate on a prepaid credit system:
- Credits are purchased in advance and consumed based on your server's runtime and resource configuration.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Unused credits remain in your account until used or until your account is terminated.
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.
- All purchases are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
5. Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If our services do not meet this standard, you may be entitled to remedies including repeat performance or, where appropriate, a price reduction.

6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but provide our services on a "best efforts" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may occasionally need to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (with reasonable advance notice where possible)
- Conduct emergency maintenance to address security or stability issues
- Modify or update infrastructure to improve services
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Host, distribute, or facilitate any illegal content or activities
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Conduct or facilitate DDoS attacks or other network abuse
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including hosting pirated game servers
- Violate the terms of service of any game being hosted
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account has insufficient credits and servers remain inactive
- We are required to do so by law
- We reasonably believe your account poses a security risk
Upon termination for cause, any remaining credits in your account may be forfeited. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. While we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss except where caused by our gross negligence.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level 1K Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Level 1K Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your account and request a refund of unused credits in accordance with our Refund Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
